Lastly, we skip the side serving of Champagne.

- 60 ml Vanilla Vodka
- 15 ml Passion Fruit Liqueur
- 50 ml Passion Fruit Juice
- 15 ml Lime Juice
- 15 ml Vanilla Syrup
- 15 ml (or 1) Eggwhite
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into a shaker.
- Dry shake.
- Add ice cubes
- Shake again.
- Strain into a chilled Martini glass.
- Garnish with half a passion fruit or citrus wheel.
- Enjoy!
