Having to make passion fruit puree from scratch every time we’re craving a Pornstar Martini, was just too much of a hassle. So we changed it to passion fruit juice. Also, the original recipe from Douglas Ankrah doesn’t use egg white. But, we prefer it because it adds that velvety texture that we just absolutely love in this drink. Lastly, we skip the side serving of prosecco.

Ingredients

• 60 ml Vanilla Vodka 
• 15 ml Passion Fruit Liqueur 
• 50 ml Passion Fruit Juice
• 15 ml Lime Juice
• 15 ml Vanilla Syrup
• 15 ml (or 1) Eggwhite

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients into a shaker.
2. Dry shake.
3. Add ice cubes
4. Shake again.
5. Strain into a chilled Martini glass.
6. Garnish with half a passion fruit or citrus wheel.
7. Enjoy!
