• 15 ml Cane Sugar Syrup
• 8-10 Mint Leaves
• Soda Water 

Instructions

1. Add mint leaves, lime wedges, and lime juice into the glass.
2. Muddle gently.
3. Add crushed ice until the glass is half full.
4. Add other ingredients into the glass too.
5. Stir lightly.
6. Pull up some of the mint leaves, using a bar spoon.
7. Add more crushed ice.
8. Top off with some soda water.
9. Garnish with a mint bouquet (gently slap the bouquet on the back of your hand before putting it in your drink for an extra aromatic effect).
