  • 1 ยฝ Cup of Kale
  • 1 Green Apple
  • 2 Celery Stalks
  • ยฝ Lemon (peeled)
  • ยฝ a Cucumber
  • A Small Piece of Ginger
  • 200 ml Water

Instructions

  1. Wash and prep veggies.
  2. Add all ingredients into a blender (see note below) or juicer.
  3. Fill your glass with ice cubes.
  4. Pour the juice in your glass.
  5. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
  6. Enjoy!

Note: Juicing with a Blender
